BIOGRAPHY

Daniel's journey in the performing arts began in India, where he was born and spent his early years in an orphanage in Pune. Adopted by a family in Sweden at the age of four, he grew up south of Stockholm, navigating the challenges of a new culture and language. However, it was music and performance that became his escape and passion.

Before finding his voice, Daniel excelled in ballroom and Latin American dance, becoming a twice Swedish Champion and representing Sweden in international competitions, including the European and World Championships, London International, Hong Kong International, and the Blackpool Festival.

A turning point came in 1990 when Daniel watched 'The Phantom of the Opera' in Stockholm. Mesmerized by the show and music, he decided to leave dance competitions behind and pursue a career in singing and acting. He went on to study at the Ballet Academy in Gothenburg, Sweden, a Bachelor’s degree and later earned a postgraduate degree in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music in London.

Throughout his career, Daniel has honed his skills as a singer & actor, performing in productions worldwide. His credits can sees on his Spotlight page. Please see link below.

A highlight was being part of Andrew Lloyd Webber's West End musical 'Bombay Dreams' at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London. This experience sparked a curiosity in his Indian heritage, and he continues to explore his roots and identity through music.

With a wealth of experience and a passion for storytelling, Daniel is excited about upcoming projects on stage and screen. His journey is one of self-discovery, and he's eager to see where his music genes will take him next.
